DEPRESSION

Depression is the condition, which makes the person to the various thinking. The over stress and thinking about any failures may create the feeling like empty. The people with depression want to live a lonely life and also they would not mingle to the others and also they should practice the positive thinking to face the problems come across their life. The mind exercise is said to be the only best solution to the affected people. The enough sleep is the so much important to those people to get the better result. It should be treated earlier, because it creates more effects. The yoga is also the good to get rid form that. The proper counseling is very helpful to cure that condition.
