Micrognathia is the medical term which describes the abnormal jaw. In this condition, the jaw is very small and lower in position. The some other possible reasons are Pierre robin syndrome, hallerman streiff syndrome, progeria, seckel syndrome, Marfan syndrome, etc. Micrognathia interfere the formation of teeth. The teeth are formed in the abnormal position and in abnormal shape for the affected persons.
