There are many physiological states that result in the many serious health’s disorder. Some of the conditions like depressed state of mind can also cause the pain in the healthy body. It has been a fact that the conditions of stress can also causes the muscle strain in the body. This mental state disorder affects the physical condition of the body. Other severe conditions can be formed by some injury. Usually the effect is seen in the regions of tendons. Even wrong postures and heavy weight lifting can make the person to experience this state. Suitable exercise methods that increase the motion of body muscles can be used to restore the normal health state.
