Amino acids

Amino acids are the protein molecules that are obtained by the human body. Amino acids are a basic compound that makes up blocks of protein. Long chain of protein molecules are said to be polypeptides’. Amino acids are just essential to carry out different functions of the body. These amino acids contain the carbon, and hydrogen. It also contains oxygen and nitrogen and all these contribute the some basic structure. There is a basic amino acid group, which includes the amino groups, R-groups, organic acid and the hydrogen atom. These all helpings to keep the body functional and active. Some of the products like meat, egg, and milk fish are rich in amino acids. Maximum nutritional value can be just created in the body by these elements.
