Chronic fatigue syndrome

The chronic fatigue syndrome is the condition of extreme tiredness in the human body, the person with chronic fatigue syndrome will experience the feeling of drowsiness and fatigue for a very long period.
Some of the usual symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome which results in the head ache , and pain in the joints of the muscle and even some cases the person may experience, some kind of condition like sore throat.
The chronic fatigue syndromes are caused by the viral infections and some of the allergies of chemical toxins.
Some people who experience this condition may also even undergo condition of disability to concentrate and also includes the memory loss. The chronic fatigue syndrome can be reduced by the stress reduction techniques.
