Eyes are the important organ in our body. For computer user, eyes play a major role in their daily life. Their eyes are easily affected by rays, which are from our computer. Eat healthy foods contains vitamin A and vitamin E, which is good for our health and eyes. These vitamins are mainly in papaya, egg, fish, milk and cilantro. By applying slices of potato on your eyes, you are easily removing the dark circles present in your eyes.
For 10 or 15 minutes, cover your eyes with soak cotton in Luke warm milk. Sleeping is very important in our daily life. Normally, we have to sleep at least six hours a day. Do not wear contact lenses when you are swimming. If you wear contact lenses at the time of swimming, then it may leads to fungal infection in the eyes. Never see high voltage bulbs, when it is close to your eyes. It may cause pupils to damage.
