In everybody life, the happiest and enjoyment period is the teenage. This age is one of the finest ages that show lot of growth for both boy and girl. This gives lot of changes in their life. In these periods suppose if it is girl means will thinks that always should be lean and should not be fat. The most important aspect is that the health should be fit and healthy for them.
Some will not eat, thinking that they are in diet; they should take healthy food that reduces cholesterol. There are lot of foods that are health and wealth. For example milk, which is very good for health. Then should eat lot of vegetables and should eat at regular time. Since they should do the best in school in all activities, like reading and sports the health should be fit.
They can do exercise regularly, which keeps body fit and good. If the person is fit in this period of time, then the diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke and diabetes will not come. So teenage is the best and good period in everybody life.

Heart Transplantation is also referred as cardiac transplant .Heart is the most important organ in a human body. Human beings cannot survive without the heart. Heart Transplantation is process by which a healthy heart is being placed for a damaged or diseased heart. Nearly 3500 Heart Transplantation is performed per year. Heart Transplantation is not a simple process since it is very difficult to find a donor heart. The donor’s heart must be first checked as it is healthy or not. The tissue type of the patients and the donor must be similar. There are several risks that occur at the time of the Heart Transplantation, they are breathing problems may occur at the time of the operation, some times it can lead to heart attack and there are chances for the damage of kidneys. Heart Transplantation is not suitable for all people. People having cancers, disease in lungs, kidneys are not allowed to perform Heart Transplantation. Now hospitals all over the worlds are showing a great interest in performing Heart Transplantation. Government must allow Heart Transplantation in hospitals that has all the facilities to perform the surgery.

Heart attack is a disease that leads a person to a situation of death. This is a sudden incidence that has come because of abnormal function of heart. This is one of the most dangerous diseases. This is also called as myocardial infraction.

A brain tumor is a growth of abnormal tissue in any part of the brain. There are two types of the brain tumors, which are benign and malignant. Benign called as non cancerous since it has no cancerous cells. They can be removed easily. Once it is removed it is very rare of getting it again. In rare case it may become malignant. Malignant tumor contains cancer cell.

Malignant tumors are life threatening and more serious tumor. Rapidly it will grow and occupy the surrounding healthy cells. Sometimes it may spread to other parts of the body It may leads to death. Hence it should be carefully treated before it going beyond the serious condition.

There are many symptoms, which commonly occurs during the initial stage of brain tumors. The symptoms may vary from one patient to another. They may also found in people who do not have brain tumor. But whatever it may be once the symptoms occurs check doctor at initial stage itself to avoid complications. Some of those symptoms are given below.

Smoking



Smoking is one of the most common drugs used by people. It is injurious to our health. Nowadays, youths are mainly affected by smoking. Smoking is one main cause of serious health diseases, such as cancer, stroke and heart problems. Just sit and think about the things, you may have finish in your life. If you are away from smoking, you may feel better, live longer, save money. Breathe in through your nose very slowly, hold the breath for a few seconds, and exhale very slowly through your mouth.
Do these practices, breathes for five times a day in the early morning. This helps you to keep away from so many diseases. When you want a cigarette, wait a few minutes. Try to think of something to do instead of smoking, you may drink a glass of water or chew gum. Switch to a brand of cigarettes you do not like, to avoid smoking. If you are not smoking for a day, reward yourself by going to movie or eating your favorite meals. Many of your smoking friends may want to know, how you quit. It is good to talk to others about your quitting.
