Usually there are good words to hear from someone that walking is best of all exercise. Which is really true, but at the same time has any one thought about any negative remarks or drawbacks for this walking exercise. Not really, around 90% of the world population would not have thought about this study.
One has to be careful about the early morning walk; it means that is he walking in a well developed play ground or non-polluting areas. Every individual says inhaling smoke is badly for health. Does any one thought inhaling while walking, you will be tempted to inhale and exhale at high speed in regular intervals. If the area you are walking is polluted, then hopes you know the answer. The other disadvantages are the formation of cracks in the toes and legs. This will form after a month in that case it will not be noticed by you think of other reasons for the cause, but the true is it occurs due to walking and nothing else.

Positive thoughts have such a tremendous power, which makes reality. It has the ability to change a present and future reality to a positive one. It helps us to achieve our goals successfully. It gives happiness, joy, health and favorable results in each situation in our life. It makes us to sustain success and to lead a happiest life without worries.
Mind power is the greatest power in the world. The Thoughts are responsible for everything happens in your life. As you thoughts are, so is your life. Many people struggle in their life not because of having the positive thoughts but because of the negative thoughts. Hence we have to be careful of what you think.
It is very common to hear people say “Think positive”, to someone who feels worried about their life. Many people do not take this word seriously as they do not know what that is actually mean. But some of the people have taken that as serious and they are living joyous successful life. It has such a power.
Your thoughts pass to your subconscious mind, which in turn influences your actions. Hence if you have the positive thoughts your action will have a positive result as the way you want .A positive person can accomplish much more in life, in careers, in relationships, in financially much more than a negative person.
Once a negative thought enters your mind, be aware of that and replace that with a positive one. The negative will again try entering your mind, at that time you need to replace again with the positive one. You can strengthen the positive thoughts by a continual training. This can be used for many things in our life to be happened such as changing or improving any habit, skill or ability. It will bring you money, possessions, good health and very important thing of all is a peaceful and happy life.

Most of the people like to get a nice muscle. They know that they want to lift more weights to get strong muscle but some people are not interested to get more muscle so, lifting of light weight is enough. Once we are well satisfied with our muscle, then we are in need to reduce the fats in the muscles to get good muscle tone.
There are some tips to get nice muscle and muscle tone is provided here. Train the muscle with light weights, professional body builder also suggests, initially workout your muscle with free weights but after some weeks try to increase the weight. Compound exercises are the two or more joint movements which help to get well attractable muscle quickly. Train properly but no over train, it may produce some side effects in our body. Exercise 3-4 hours per day is accepted and it is also good for our health too. Every day we can see people are using wrong methods to do the exercise.
Do the exercises if properly knows the procedure, otherwise do not do. Lower body muscles developed automatically when we are not doing the exercise. So keep concentration on this and do the lower body exercises more. Apart from this proper food should be taken after getting exercise is also a key factor to build a nice muscle.

AUTISM



The main disorder that is caused to the early childhood is known as the autism. This problem is caused because of communication, so that the child should not able to communicate with other and then interactions will not be good.
Children with these disorders are not able to talk in a correct format and will not see the eyes while they are talking with the others. The activities vary from one child to child who got this problem. Some children before doing their work like doing their homework they will draw a line and after that only they will start their work.
Some children will behave very differently to be calm they will repeat the same sentence again and again and some children will tell that they are happy and will flap their arms and some will go and beat themselves telling that they are not happy.
It is very difficult to understand such type of children. There is no exact reason why the autism is coming to the children. Doctors will call this in the name of spectrum disorder. If a child gets autism it will be with the child, even the child grow bigger and until the life time of the children. The best treatment for this is communication therapies that help to improve, how to talk so that it will cure slowly.

Blood Pressure



The hypertension that shows no symptoms are known as blood pressure. This gives many serious problems such as stroke, heart attack and kidney failure. There are two types of blood pressure High Blood pressure and low blood pressure.
High blood pressure is recognized by the doctor by showing the results. If the result is 140/90 or even high it tells that it is high blood pressure. This should be checked many times and should be completed by the doctor. This causes to kidney failure, heart is affected and stroke. Sometimes blindness may occur due to this so regular check up to be done by the doctor. It is not necessary that only adults will get the blood pressures even new born baby sometimes get blood pressure. Check up should be done by every starting at the age of three.
Some of the steps to control the high blood pressure eats at correct time and eat healthy food. Do exercise like walking and jacking. Do not increase the weight, it should be maintained. Eat medicines at correct time. Do not smoke. Always keep mind relaxes and do not always be tension.
Next is the low blood pressure, which has the symptoms of suddenly getting fainted, breathing conditions are changed and the mental status also changing. Nowadays the work load is very high for everybody, which takes stress and tension. This stress and tension take to the lead of blood pressure.
This is controlled by hearing well and melody music should spend time with the family and attending family functions.
