Stress and Depression

The diversion of a physical and mental health of an individual in a circumstance is called stress. The last minute preparation or doing any things will lead in to a stress.
The stress will be continuing until the work is being finished. The stress will be there if a person is out of sleep for past few days. The stress will lead to cause a blood pressure, falling of hair and many more. The laughing is the best thing to reduce the stress. Once you started laughing the lungs will be cleaning. The depression can be felt if u has low energy level and not a constant mind set. The depression of an individual will affect him and his family as well as society. Some people cant able to come out of depression since they use to think about the mistakes or incident which has done before in their life. According to them depression is not treatable but it is treatable. By having the meditation regularly will make a person out of depression. The women will be getting more depressed then men. The men will avoid depression by having a cigarette and drugs. So both the men and women can free from depression by doing meditations.
